BLAST Premier World Final 2022 tournament for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is over. G2 Esports became the champion and team sniper Ilya m0NESY Osipov was named MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the tournament. More than 377 thousand spectators followed the final at the peak.
As for m0NESY, he was declared the Most Valuable Player of the tournament for the first time in his career. Ilya Osipov, from Russia, is only 17 years old.
We would also like to mention that before the BLAST Premier World Final, the captain of G2 Esports Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen suddenly lost his father. Despite the tragedy, the player nevertheless continued to participate in the tournament. As a result, HooXi dedicated the victory to his father.
