Tournament provider Elisa announced the Elisa Invitational Winter 2023 on its official website. The event will run from 10 January to 11 March with a prize pool of $25,000.
Four teams from the two open qualifiers will earn a spot in the challenger stage, where they will compete against 12 invited teams for eight slots in the group stage, which will feature a playoff.
In the championship playoffs, teams will compete for an award and a slot to an unnamed LAN tournament.
The winner of the Elisa Invitational Winter 2023 will receive $12,500 of the total prize pool and a slot in the Elisa Masters tournament. Details on the event will be released at a later date.
The last Elisa Masters championship was Elisa Masters Espoo 2022, where $100,000 and a ticket to the Play-In stage at IEM Katowice 2023 were drawn. Team “fnatic” won the competition.
